No Refunds
After the purchase of any of the 2nd Aid Health Programs is complete, there are no refunds provided. All payments must be made according to the payment schedule.
Lifetime or Ongoing access policy:
You have ongoing access to any of the Programs content hub. That means that after your program timeframe is complete, you will retain access to the content hub. After your program timeframe is complete, you can stay within the program Facebook group though access to coaching will cease. NOTE: any unused 1:1 coaching calls will no longer be available for use after the program timeframe is complete. Should you wish to access any 1:1 coaching calls, these will have to be booked separately by mutual agreement.
Monthly payment plan policy:
If you are on a monthly payment plan, you are required to complete all of your monthly payments regardless of your activity in any of the 2nd Aid Health's Program. Failure to complete your monthly payments may result in denied access to your content hub and coaching.
Declined Payment policy:
As a client in any of the 2nd Aid Health's Programs, you are required to complete all of your payments. You have 5 business days from the date of the payment decline to bring your account into good standing. Failure to bring your account into good standing may result in denied access to your content hub and coaching.
1:1 call cancellation, reschedule and no show policy:

Any of the 2nd Aid Health's Programs requires 1 business day notice to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 coaching session. We understand that emergencies occur and will be treated on a case by case basis. If you have a 1:1 coaching session scheduled and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will have 1 opportunity to reschedule. If you do not show up for that rescheduled session you will forfeit the session and will not be able to rebook it.
Hours of Operation:
2nd Aid Health offers the following hours of operation: Monday - Friday, from 10:00am GMT to 6:00pm GMT and 9:00 am EST to 5:00 PM EST.
All client communication will be responded to within 1 business day or sooner during regular business hours. This includes responses inside of Isy’s Little Pinch of Hope Facebook group.
Friends & Family Discount policy:
If you were to refer a friend or family member to 2nd Aid Health you and your friend or family member who joins any of the 2nd Aid Health Programs will receive an extra two weeks in the Program's Facebook group which includes access to coaching. There is no monetary compensation or discount for referrals.
Testimonial and use of testimonial policy:
By submitting the testimonial form you are agreeing to allow 2nd Aid Health to use your testimonial for marketing purposes on all 2nd Aid Health websites and social media pages. You agree to allow 2nd Aid Health to adjust the testimonial in any way they see fit without your written permission or consent.
Discount policy:
2nd Aid Health does not oer discounts unless otherwise advertised during a specic promotional period. If the specic promotional period has ended, no discount will be offered.

Confidentiality policy:
At any point in your Program, you may become the recipient of Condential Information. During the time which the Condential Information is in your possession or under your control you must not disclose such Condential Information to any third party outside of 2nd Aid Health without the prior written consent of the subject of the Condential Information or as otherwise required by law.
In addition to clauses, you may not without the consent or direction of 2nd Aid Health use the Condential Information other than for what is reasonably necessary to full the requirements of any of the programs
